Booking is easy, all you need to do is have a preferred, and an alternative date in mind in case of availability issues and using the form below email us with dates and your requirements, such as size of group, start and finish time, location, pamper package and activity. We will check availability and let you know if we are free. You will then be emailed a fully costed quotation. If you decide you’d like to go ahead we will send you a booking form with booking terms and conditions. Your booking date will be held provisionally for 14 days from our acknowledgement, or 3 days if the enquiry is 28 days from the required date. If the booking enquiry falls within 14 days full payment will be required to secure the date, so the date will not be held.
To secure your booking you will need to complete and return the booking form to us and and the required deposit payment. The deposit will be shown on the quotation we supply. Deposit amounts and trading terms for Stay and Pamper and other activity services might vary – You will be notified at the time of booking.
Your booking will be confirmed at the guest number stated on the booking form and on the booking confirmation we supply. Please ensure that you read our booking terms and conditions regarding confirmed bookings and especially the reduction in guest number. When your booking has been confirmed and our booking confirmation issued, terms and conditions apply. If for any reason you wish to change any element of the booking such as an increase in guest number, location, date etc a £20 administration charge will apply for re-issue of documents.
Your balance payment will be due 14 days prior to the party date and cleared funds must be received within that time period. Immediate payment for bookings made within 14 days of the party date will be required. For some activity service we supply and Stay and Pamper bookings balance payments will vary – You will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by BACs for the deposit and BACs or a cash arrangement on the day of the booking. Perfect Pamper’s bank account details can be found on the booking form.
