Want to learn a little more about vegan cookery? We’ll be sharing lots of recipes, ideas and tips with you and you’ll learn lots about adding vegan recipes to your lifestyle.
This course will suit those new to vegan cooking or who have minimal cooking experience, as well as those who wish to increase their confidence in cooking for family and friends. Learn basic techniques and how make simple recipes, learn about unusual vegan ingredients and how to achieve a balanced diet.
Our classes are for anyone who wants variety in their cooking. We use local and seasonal produce. Working in pairs you will cook five delicious dishes that you’ll be able to recreate confidently at home.
These few days away will allow you to learn how to change your eating habits as well as having a little relaxation time too.
- Four hour introduction to vegan and cookery workshop – vegan pastry, savoury and sweet fillings for the pastry, vegan carrot cake, chocolate mousse
- Two hour vegan curry from scratch lesson
