Quill Farm Barn is a stunning barn conversion that can sleep up to 13 people with 7 bedrooms and sits within an acre of grounds with a private tennis court and far reaching views. The living area is a spacious open plan design for relaxation and quality time for friends and family.

The comfortable living room has a double height ceiling and light streams into the open plan living, dining and kitchen.  The bedrooms are spread out throughout the property which allows guests to enjoy privacy.  With views of the lake and located on private grounds it is a peaceful setting for a short break or longer holiday.  The seaside town of Aldeburgh is not far away, so Quill Farm Barn is perfect for those looking for a break away from it all.

Located on the ground floor the open plan living, kitchen and dining space has been cleverly designed to take advantage of the vast amounts of light that streams into the double height area.  The kitchen is equipped with all the applicances that you could need and the dining room easily sits eight and there are a further five foldaway chairs that can be used for larger parties.

There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom located on the ground floor and there are a further 4 bedrooms on the second floor.

Outside you will find plenty of parking for six cars.  There is also a tennis court that guests can use to get the most out of their stay.
