PAMPER PARTIES

  • A booking form must be completed with the relevant 20% payment of the total booking before your booking is confirmed.

  • A 20% non refundable deposit will apply.  Unless, we cancel the booking, then a full refund will be made.

  • We accept cash or cheque only.  Cheque payments must be made one week (7 days) prior to booking date and cash payment settled on day of the event.

  • Allow 24 hours notice if cancelling the booking. 

  • All booking forms and any other relevant paperwork MUST be returned at least seven days prior to the party date in order that we may arrange any adaptations to the treatments as require.
  • All treatments, goody and party bags must be ordered in advance.
  • Non disposable items remain our property.
  • Parties are priced with the number of guests considered at the time of booking, any less guests and the party price must remain the same.
  • We may refuse treatments to a child or teenager under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.
  • We require a smoke free environment to provide the maximum benefit.
  • It is advised that in order to gain maximum time, relaxation and effective results, smaller children and pets do not enter the party.
  • Due care and consideration must be taken with the equipment, all damages must be accounted for. 
  • All guests under 16 must be supervised by a parent. We cannot be held responsible for the supervision of children and teenagers.   Please note: pamperparty.com is not a childrens entertainment company.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the respective treatment or allergies were not declared.
MOBILE TREATMENTS


As we offer a mobile service we require:
  • We will only travel if the treatment value is £20 or more.
  • We only accept cash and this is required after treatment is completed.
  • Any allergies or medical conditions must be advised at the time of booking, as we will not be responsible for any allergies or reactions to treatments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WE WILL NOT TREAT A CLIENT IF THEY HAVE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  • Diabetes (strictly no pedicures)
  • Fungal infections, such as, athletes foot, ringworm, nail fungal infection etc
  • Verrucas
  • Herpes simplex (cold sores)
  • Any bacterial skin infections, such as, boils, cellulitis, impetigo, abcesses, etc
  • Psoriasis
